Initially 20 hours per week Monday to Friday
4 hours per day
£12.00 per hour (plus mileage allowance, pension and company benefits)
Mainly working from home (occasional call out duties)
Must have access to own transport and full driver’s licence.
Saving Cleaning is a family run business specialising in cleaning / housekeeping services to hospitality and residential properties.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our company. You will need to be a real ‘team player’ with good organisational and motivational skills to liaise with customers and encourage our employees. Knowledge of budgeting, balance sheets and cash flow, Microsoft skills and COSHH- health/safety.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Monitoring the performance of work teams, budgeting and expenditure.
- Coordinating and planning activity of field teams – ensuring company stock is provided.
- Performing HR duties such as recruitment, selection and induction of staff.
- Checking legal documentation of employees, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Making quotes for company clients in the absence of the sales representative.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team
